Problems logging in or submitting entries
Q: I can’t log into the Cadillac® Riches second chance drawing but am logged into my VIP account.
A: To enter the Cadillac® Riches second chance drawing, you must create a new Cadillac® Riches account, you cannot enter through the VIP Club. You must first register using the “Register” tab and complete the required fields.
Q: Registration is not accepting my phone number.
A: Please enter your phone number in the following format:
xxx-xxx-xxxx. Do not use brackets or spaces, they will not be accepted.
Q: Registration is not accepting my Birth Date.
A: Please enter your Birth Date in the following format:
MM/DD/YYYY. Do not use brackets or spaces, they will not be accepted.
Q: I have registered and advised to check my email to verify registration so I can log on. I have checked several times and nothing in my email. What do I do now?
A: Please check your SPAM folder for the email. You may also try to login in anyway, and you will have an option for resending the activation email.
Q: My password is not being accepted when I try to log in.
A: Passwords must be between 6 - 20 characters. If you are trying to enter less than 6 or more than 20 characters, the system will not accept it.
Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password" feature on the login page.
Q: Is there a way to check how many second chance drawings I have entered so far?
A: There is a table at the bottom of the “Submit Entry” page which will list all of your entries.
